The Yurt
“The Yurt was our first Airbnb and really is about living in the round.”
A 30-foot kit build from the Blue Ridge Yurt Company, raised on the hillside and finished by the family. There are no corners to hide in — just one warm circular room that pulls everyone toward the middle of it.
Sleeps up to 8
A queen bed downstairs in the futon-convertible living room, plus a queen and two twins up in the loft.
Full kitchen
Fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee and a proper spice shelf — cook the way you would at home.
Pool & hot tub
A short walk away: the shared pool, and a hot tub that's private use November–March and shared March–November.
Outside
A charcoal grill and seating just out the door, for the long part of the evening.
Pets
No pets, please. Service animals are always welcome.
