That information comes from the contact form on the Contact page and the checkout form in the Farm Store.
Why we collect it
To answer questions and respond to messages you send us.
To fulfill Farm Store orders and coordinate delivery to your unit and payment.
To keep a record of orders and inquiries, so we can help if something comes up.
Cookies and tracking
Right now, this site uses only functional browser storage to remember what’s in your Farm Store cart between visits. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, social media pixels, or other third-party tracking tools at this time.
If that changes in the future, we’ll update this policy and let you know.
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only people who see it are the farm members handling your order or message.
We may need to share information if required by law — for example, to respond to a court order or lawful request — but that’s an extremely rare situation.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and order records for as long as needed to fulfill your request and handle follow-up questions. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, or request that we delete it, by getting in touch through the Contact page.
