General Site Terms
Welcome to the Cair Paravel Farmstead website. By browsing, using the contact form, or placing a Farm Store order, you agree to use the site honestly and in good faith.
This site is provided for informational purposes about the farm, our lodgings, tours, store, and local guidebook. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but details occasionally change with the seasons. If you spot something that looks off, please let us know.
All content on this site — photos, text, branding, and the like — belongs to Cair Paravel Farmstead or the folks who gave us permission to use it. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking first.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, the latest version will live right here.
Farm Store Policy
Delivered to your unit.
Your order will be in your unit upon arrival. If you order during your stay, we will message you to arrange delivery. We do not offer shipping unless it has been specifically arranged with us ahead of time.
Delivery timing.
Orders placed before your stay are set in your unit ahead of check-in. Orders placed during your stay are delivered around farm work, and we’ll message you to arrange a time.
Order confirmation.
Your order is not final or paid until we follow up to confirm availability, total, and payment. The checkout confirmation message you see on the site (“Thanks for your order — we’ll be in touch to confirm delivery and payment.”) means we’ve received your request, not that payment has already processed.
Substitutions and refunds.
Because this is a small farm, sometimes an item sells out or isn’t ready when expected. If something you ordered isn’t available, we’ll contact you to offer a substitute or a refund.
Review before launch.
This is a working draft policy. The farm intends to review and adjust it to match real delivery and payment workflows before it goes fully live.
